Dear Mr. Robert
I am writing you this fax transmittal cover letter to apply for a research grant of $200000(Two hundred thousand dollars only) in order to complete my project work on vehicle safety enhancement. I am enclosing the minute details of my project with this letter which contains the break up for which the funds would be required. In case the project becomes successful it will help in reducing the deaths due to road traffic accidents by almost eighty per cent. I am working with a team of ten talented research scholars who are working day and night for the successful completion of the project. The financial grant is extremely important for the purchase of equipments required to conduct the trial tests.
