But Silicon Valley, media people like yourself indeed wear open-necked shirts. But even in those areas now with the current difficulty with job market, you find it actually people are dressing flauntily more smartly. They are being a little more cautious. And when you look at the sort of best-dressed man in Britain today, guess what, he is backing a suit."
