一天，我在詞典上查到牛的解釋是：“哺乳動(dòng)物，吃草，可以耕地，肉質(zhì)鮮美，皮、毛、角、骨都有用處。”我非常不能理解為什么要說(shuō)“肉質(zhì)鮮美，皮、毛、角、骨都有用處。”查羊也有類(lèi)似字眼，我十分驚訝，媽媽說(shuō)國(guó)外的字典上不會(huì)有這類(lèi)字眼，國(guó)外人很注重保護(hù)動(dòng)物，他們從來(lái)不會(huì)吃鴿子的，而鴿子在中國(guó)卻是一道美味的菜肴。我想：這和中國(guó)人保護(hù)動(dòng)物的意識(shí)比較薄弱有關(guān)。我聽(tīng)爸爸說(shuō)過(guò)，他很小的時(shí)候，就看到很多人打鳥(niǎo)，以致現(xiàn)在的鳥(niǎo)兒越來(lái)越少了。還有人專(zhuān)門(mén)捕殺鯊魚(yú)，用它們做出美味的魚(yú)翅，這樣鯊魚(yú)也越來(lái)越少了，遲早有一天會(huì)像恐龍一樣滅絕。
我認(rèn)為：我們?nèi)祟?lèi)不能為了自己的利益去殺害動(dòng)物，要呼吁大家去保護(hù)動(dòng)物，只有人類(lèi)和動(dòng)物和平相處，這個(gè)世界才會(huì)更美好!
