　　Leisure activities, in my life, than what all important, whether it is up the mountain and the sea, can become my leisure activities. Stretch bones and muscles, into the nature, it is enough to forget the buried in the heart already a long time of depression. Playing badminton, playing the diabolo, riding a bicycle... , a variety of choice, also can abort the worry, tear off worries, by pressure.

　　My leisure activities, including all the project of the outside reading, leisure activities, enriched my life, my life to add color.

　　休閑活動，在我的生活中，比什么都重要，無論是上山下海，都可以成為我的休閑活動。伸展一下筋骨，投入大自然，這足以忘掉埋在心中已久的低氣壓。打一下羽毛球，玩一下扯鈴，騎一會兒腳踏車……，種種的選擇，也可以打掉煩惱，扯掉心事，騎走壓力。

　　我的休閑活動，包括了讀書以外的所有項目，休閑活動，豐富了我的生活，為我的生活添上了色彩。
