Personally, I would say it is better to work in a small company. First off, it is much easier to build deeper connection with my co-workers since there is only a few of them. If I work in a small company, I happen to know every single person, even their families and friends. Thus, I can get a stronger sense of belonging to the company. Additionally, in a small company there is no rigid rules and regulations. Generally speaking, I can enjoy more flexible working time when working in a small company. I don’t have to feel pressured to clock in at the last minute.
