　　good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with an ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

　　問題: 為什么離職?

　　好吧, 又是一個(gè)三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職后找工作的時(shí)候, 這個(gè)問題自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.

　　我的回答就是為了職業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)劃而離職的具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.

　　這里還有一點(diǎn)要提的.是, 回答這個(gè)問題的時(shí)候, 面試官會(huì)可能會(huì)追問你為什么上一家公司和你的職業(yè)發(fā)展不符合, 而SAP公司為什么又會(huì)符合的我的職業(yè)規(guī)劃的?

　　因?yàn)槲业拈L久計(jì)劃是想成為IT咨詢師, 與之前公司的發(fā)展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.

　　問題三: 為什么要來SAP? 為什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨詢的公司?

　　呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!

　　呵...當(dāng)然不能這么說啦. 不過這個(gè)問題我還真沒想過, 頓時(shí)有點(diǎn)手忙腳亂了. 后面才看出來, 他給我下了個(gè)套, 壞人呢!

　　我就說SAP在ERP的IT咨詢方面是世界的老大, IT咨詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)那真是契合的不得了呀, 當(dāng)然要選SAP啦.

　　所以對(duì)我來說, SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對(duì)SAP來說, 我算不算right person了?!

　　他說這次招得是開發(fā)人員, 是純技術(shù)人員, 好像和我的遠(yuǎn)大志向不太合適吧?

　　我說成為一個(gè)conslutant是一個(gè)長期的目標(biāo), 但并不妨礙我現(xiàn)在繼續(xù)做開發(fā), 而且還是在一個(gè)consluting公司做開發(fā), 蠻合適的

　　更何況就我現(xiàn)在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關(guān)的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計(jì)也沒人會(huì)理我的

　　所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個(gè)開發(fā)人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產(chǎn)品, 進(jìn)而了解產(chǎn)品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向咨詢師的道路.

　　這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時(shí)間才能入門吧, 我已經(jīng)做了心理準(zhǔn)備.

　　問題: 你知道SAP是做什么的嗎? IT consluting與SAP consluting有什么區(qū)別?

　　經(jīng)過了上個(gè)問題, 我的氣場(chǎng)明顯弱了許多. 感覺要壞事了.

　　果然, 我講了對(duì)SAP的了解, 其實(shí)了解的也并不是很多. 然后我無法區(qū)分IT consluting與SAP consluting...

　　這是我整個(gè)面試以來, 唯一敗下陣來的地方.

　　然后他對(duì)我說, 其實(shí)我并不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting與SAP consluting的區(qū)別.

　　按他的說法, 本科生更多的是學(xué)習(xí)技能, 更多的是關(guān)注面的所以本科生畢業(yè)出去, 只要是同一個(gè)領(lǐng)域的公司, 都可以進(jìn).

　　而研究生則是更專注于某個(gè)方向,是點(diǎn)上的他們畢業(yè)出去, 可能只有找到與他們研究方向相匹配的公司, 才能夠得以一施所長.
