Weekly Knowing the Business sessions covering Adobe's latest products and programs Employees can also tap into Adobe's educational reimbursement program, which helps pay for
business- and technology-related classes, including coursework that leads to advanced degrees from accredited colleges and institutions.

2.3.2培訓(xùn)機(jī)會

每季度Adobe根據(jù)員工需求開展的技術(shù)/非技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，以及教育報銷計劃。我們根據(jù)工作需要派遣優(yōu)秀的員工到海外進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)、交流等。

每個在中國的員工都有機(jī)會到總部去參加培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目合作。Adobe為員工提供個人職業(yè)發(fā)展計劃，公司會定時組織員工做職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)。
